- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. 
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. 
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 
- Stir in the chocolate chips and any optional ingredients, such as nuts or coconut flakes. 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. 
- Pour the brownie mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula. 
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the center is just set. 
- Remove the brownie brittle from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. 
- Once cooled, break the brownie brittle into small pieces using a sharp knife or your hands.
