- 1 cup unsalted butter softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heat-treated all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
- Optional: ¼ cup white chocolate chips or other mix-ins
- Heat-Treat Flour 
- Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes. Let cool completely. 
- Cream Butter and Sugars 
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until creamy. 
- Add Wet Ingredients 
- Mix in milk and vanilla extract until fully combined.
