- ½ cup 50g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup 115g unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup 150g brown sugar
- ¼ cup 50g granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup 170g semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add egg and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.
